Who looks after your details

Max Crook, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea SS2 6NB, for Rat Hole. Email: orders@wearerathole.com.

What we collect and why

When you order we collect your name, email address and postal address. We use these only to send your order, email you a receipt, and contact you about that order.

We don't sell your details or use them for marketing. If you join our mailing list, that's separate and you can leave it any time.

Payments

You pay on SumUp's own payment page. We never see or store your card details. SumUp's privacy policy covers what they do: sumup.com/en-gb/privacy.

Who else handles your details

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores orders. Resend sends the order emails. Royal Mail or another courier gets your address on the parcel.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years, because tax rules require it, then delete them.

Your basket

Your basket is saved in your own browser so it's still there if you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
